PUPPETS PICTURE COLLEGE - Admission Procedure

Fill in the application form in any one of the below Online Registration forms and forward the following documents as attachments to our e-mail ( puppetspicture@gmail.com | ppa.edu.acad@gmail.com) or by post:

List of Documents required :

(a) 2 Sets of Certified copies of the Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates of the qualifying examination.

(b) Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Passport (Front & Back Page Photocopy) | 2 SETS EACH.

(c) 7 Passport size photograph of the applicant.

(d) MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE/ COVID19 – Complete Vaccination Certificate ( To be issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner )
