ACADEMICS

B.A Mass communication incorporates 6 semesters over 3 year program. Students are taught different subjects regarding English and hindi literature, language and composition, Digital Communication, Radio Communication, Television Communication, Public Relation, Journalism and Advertising. A student is entitled to fulfil the academic requirements of the institution in order to complete the course. All subjects are compulsory. GOAL

To promote communication education that inspires the youth in understanding the importance of ethnic, modern and creative media and communication practices, that inherit positive bearing on every individual, industry and society.

OBJECTIVES

Over the past few years, communication education has become very responsive, as a huge number of institutes, colleges and universities have started to offer it at a bachelor’s level, particularly, in journalism. This has not only resulted in the growth of media industry but also promoted masses to indulge themselves into responsible media practices.

Therefore, the proliferating presence of communication in our society is both an opportunity and a challenge to a lot of people and educational institutions since they understand the power and responsibilities of media in our society, but providing with the right knowledge is a real life challenge. One of the major objectives of Puppets Picture Academy is to promote prosperousness within mankind through purposeful media practices.

M.A Mass Communication (MJMC)

It is a post-graduate course in Mass Communication. The course focuses on ideations and outputs of mass communication topics like- cultural issues, political issues, theories about communication, regulations and media techniques.

Mass Communication is what we call the perfect amalgamation of theory and practical elements. It is a full time Masters program that promotes masses to have an inclination towards a thorough study over subjects like Radio, TV, Film, new media and website. The modules have been crafted as per the international standards from primary to highly advanced level of learning. The course prepares the students to recognise and master the key principals of communication and understand their responsibility towards the elevation of the society, responsive journalistic etiquettes, the connection of mass media with people, advertising grammar, learning public relation skills, maintaining ethical standards and tapping the new media for a digital growth.

PG Diploma in Mass Communication is a short term course designed to comprehensively ground you in ideas and prepares you for a remunerating profession. This means learning the technology, tool, and methodologies is only a preliminary draft of what you will learn.

The course is appropriate to prepare the candidates to plan their careers in new or media groups like magazines, newspaper, radio and television. They inculcate in them the understanding of the business of media and should be proficient enough to generate revenue from industry without compromising their ethics.
